Ultra MAX

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 22 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ultra MAX handles information when you use the Ultra MAX Android app, website, setup tools and related services.

1. Information we process

Depending on the features you choose to use, Ultra MAX may process:

2. How information is used

We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain Ultra MAX, save and restore your configuration, connect services you ask us to connect, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, improve reliability and confirm access to optional supporter features.

3. Sharing and third-party services

Ultra MAX does not sell your personal information. Information may be sent to third-party services only where needed for a feature you choose to use or to operate the service. Examples include Nuvio and other connected media services, metadata providers, Resend for support and transactional email, payment providers for optional paid features, and infrastructure providers used to host Ultra MAX.

Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Ultra MAX is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services or add-ons that you choose to connect.

4. Nuvio connections

When you connect a Nuvio account, Ultra MAX may act as a technical proxy between the app and Nuvio so that login, profile, collection and add-on actions requested by you can be completed. Authentication data is transmitted to Nuvio for that purpose. Ultra MAX does not intentionally write Nuvio passwords to application logs.

5. Email and support

If you register an email address for token recovery, Ultra MAX stores the association between that email address and your Ultra MAX token so the recovery feature can work. Transactional and support email is processed through Resend. Messages sent to the Ultra MAX support address may be forwarded to the support inbox used to answer your request.

6. Data retention

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the relevant feature, maintain security, meet operational requirements or resolve support issues. Configuration and recovery information may remain available while your Ultra MAX setup remains active. Some data may remain temporarily in backups after deletion from active systems.

7. Your choices and deletion requests

You can choose not to connect optional third-party services or register an email address. You can permanently delete an Ultra MAX setup and its associated active account data at ultramax.vip/delete-account.html. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held directly by Ultra MAX by emailing [email protected]. We may need enough information to identify the relevant Ultra MAX setup before acting on a request.

8. Security

Ultra MAX uses HTTPS and operational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their setup tokens, account credentials and API keys and should not share them publicly.

9. Advertising and device permissions

The Ultra MAX Android app does not include third-party advertising SDKs. The current Android app requests internet access so it can communicate with Ultra MAX and services you choose to use. Additional capabilities offered through web content or connected third-party services are subject to their own policies and permissions.

10. Children

Ultra MAX is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a household uses child-oriented media profiles or collections, account setup and connected-service management should be handled by an adult.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Ultra MAX features, data practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

Ultra MAX is an independent service. Third-party product and service names are used only to identify optional integrations and do not imply ownership or endorsement.
